Shipping & returns




The vast majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.  Please note that shipping is from Monday to Friday only, and all orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or holidays will not be shipped until Monday or the next scheduled work day.


If you cannot prove legal age at time of delivery, or if you refuse the package, the shipping fee paid is NOT refundable.  If your order received free shipping, you will receive a refund minus the original cost of the shipment that Beyond Beleaf paid to ship the package to you.



Expedited Shipping is **Free for all orders of $300+

Xpresspost Shipping is **Free for all orders of $500+

** Rosin Presses do not qualify for Free Shipping and you will be required to pay shipping on this item regardless of the amount of your full order.  Shipping is a flat rate of $29.99 for Rosin Press.


Canada - Expedited shipping is 1-10 business days (most major centres 1-5 business days)

Canada - Xpresspost shipping is 1-5 business days (most major centres 1-3 business days)

 From time to time - a courier service might be used in replacement of Xpresspost depending on the destination and quoted timeframe of all shipping options  We try to get all packages in the hands of customers as fast as possible  



We will gladly except a return on products (some exceptions apply) deemed to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for the same product. We offer no warranty or exchange on glass, or products with any physical damage, water damage, or any products without a receipt.


We have a 30 day warranty on most of the products we sell.  If the manufacturer offers a warranty that exceeds this 30 days, we will assist you in resolving your issue.  Warranty will cover DOA items and manufacturer defects only.  Warranty does not cover charging ports on devices, tanks nor does it cover any physical damage or water damage.  Any signs physical or water damage will void all manufacturers warranty.  Some vaporizers offer an extensive warranty - when you receive your purchase please read all information contained in your package and register your device as per indicated if applicable.  Items like Pax and Davinci come with extended warranties, but your devices must be registered online with them prior to making any claims.  Please register your devices immediately after receiving them.


All sales final on glass due to the hygienic nature of the items.


If you need to return a product purchased on our website you will need to contact us before shipping anything back to us.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to us, and the cost of shipping of your replacement product.  We will replace any defective product within the warranty period for the same product.


All eligible returns MUST include all parts and packaging, including the original box.  We will not accept any exchanges or returns on any product without all packaging (including the box and sleeve of any box), and original sales receipt.


We are unable to provide a refund for online orders that are returned to us due to not being able to provide proof of age at time of delivery, or due to an incorrect address.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred from returned packages, and warranty claim shipments.


ALL returns will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT only.
